History List provides access to the reports you have requested; this includes reports waiting in the queue, reports being processed and reports that have completed processing and are ready to be viewed. Each report name is a hyperlink and, once the report is ready, can be viewed online in the Report Output page.
Once you view a report, the status is changed from Ready [mark as Read] to Ready [mark as Unread] and is eligible for automatic deletion based on your user preferences and the length of time it has been in your History List.
